Our Core Team.
At Reka Design Atelier, our team combines diverse expertise to bring your visions to life. Led by Shawn Leishman, Founder and Principal Architect, we fuse innovative design with thoughtful planning. Daphne Siaw, our Interior Colour and Art Director, adds a vibrant, artistic touch to every project. With Kenny Fu as our Senior Project Manager, we ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery. Sarah Fraser, our Graphics, Branding, and Art Specialist, elevates our projects with captivating visuals and creative flair. Together, we create spaces that inspire and resonate.

Our approach is guided by the RIBA Plan of Work — a clear and structured framework that outlines each stage of a project, from the first idea to completion. This helps us stay organised, transparent, and aligned with you every step of the way.

From early concept design through technical detailing, approvals, construction, and handover — we work closely with you, your consultants, and contractors to bring your vision to life.
